“The pool area was amazing! The restaurant had food the kids actually loved! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! You only enter the building through the main entrance and the parking lot fills up quickly so be prepared to walk for parking.”

“You dont have to leave the property other than shuttle around to all the different attractions and its all included in the price of your room. Its very convenient and keeps all the kids busy and happy. You can use your room wrist band to pay for things at all the different attraftions, super easy! We love it and go every year. Kids ages 4-7 and they can ride every slide. ”

“Best family hotel in Gatlinburg! Will definitely stay again when me and my wife and two girls come back! There’s so much to love about this hotel! Pool, water slide, and lazy river are stunning. Food at the pool is great, breakfast options awesome and kept us full :). I’m a fanatic about cleanliness and this hotel was spotless. Love the feel and friendliness of the hotel. “This hotel was awesome. It was super close to Dollywood and right in the middle of Pigeon Forge. The pool is open 24 hours and they have free popcorn and a movie night for the kids. We had a great time and everyone was very welcoming and professional”
