“We stayed here for a trip to CU and it was an ideal location, a 3-mile drive to campus & dining options in walking distance. We found parking across the street so didn't have to opt for the $25/night parking garage. The room was spacious and quiet, comfortable beds. The only thing we didn't like was the sliding glass door for the bathroom because you could hear everything and couldn't prevent light from shining into the rest of the room at night. “Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……
