“Our second time here and we love to location. It’s near the Pier Park shopping area that’s walkable from the Hotel and the beach is across the street. Self parking and Valet are available and checking in and out was a breeze. We didn’t really have to go anywhere. ”

“The property was beautiful but the check in experience could’ve been better, the person who checked me in rushed the whole process and didn’t take the time to properly explain everything, I didn’t even know breakfast was included until I asked the next day, went out for breakfast the previous day without having to had I been aware, but the hotel itself was beautiful”

“The resort has everything for family fun. Great location, food, show, pools and beach. The 2 bedroom suite I stayed in was outdated but clean and it smelled really bad musty, humid and like mold. We kept the sliding door open the whole time to air out the smell.”

“This property is the perfect size plus Holiday Inn amenities. Everything was sparking clean and though busy, not too crowded. Perfect location on the beach close to restaurants and shopping. Loved the evening fire shows! ”
