“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“One of the best hotel stays I have experienced. I don’t say this often but I would definitely return when visiting Mexico again. The experience was nearly perfect. Additional comments below are to help improve future experiences. The concierge’s lack the motivation to share the night life were limited.
