“Arrived onsite, receptionist stated that Expedia and them have had some issues with booking. I had booked a room with a balcony, they gave me a regular room but they ended up correcting the issue once I showed them my confirmation. Very clean, very nice, very polite. Would book again. ”

“The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. “Incredible service. Staff was very accommodating. Hotel offers many complimentary items. For example I needed a shaver so I went to purchase one in their convenience store and they said it was complimentary! And they gave me shaving cream! Will definitely be staying here again.”
