“Used the bus. I was looking out for delta marriot as on all correspondance. The bus calls it the chase hotel. I did not realise this was the same and went a mile. down the road. I waited for the cold for half an hour . The chase is in small letters outside and not on my prints outs of the booking.this needs sorting.”

“We had a beautiful, spacious, clean period room with a four poster bed which was really lovely. The hotel's spa facilities were outstanding. However, my husband and I were a little bit disappointed with the lack of variety the menu at the Grill offered. We were also disappointed that we were unable to view our favourite programme together on Netflix due to the fact that the smart television in our room didn't allow us to mirror my phone's screen, which we thought was a pity.”
