“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”

“Check in was terrible, both staff were trainees and clearly had to work on their customer facing skills (with just a little smile). The room was much smaller than expected, much smaller. Breakfast was good, the service staff at the restaurant were tentative and constantly made sure all our needs were met. “房間真的小的有點驚人，經過3天的安排，終於適應在小空間裡的活動似乎也不像剛進入房間那麼難以接受反而可以轉身範圍內完成一連串的行動床鋪像是日本和式床板，我比較矮小，所以可以完全正睡、橫睡棉被非常保暖、包覆身體剛到倫敦的時差，這床棉被可以促進入睡，調整體力，非常好房內所有燈、窗簾、空調溫度以及安排打掃預約都是透過iPad 聯繫，非常時尚的方式早餐部分，非常好吃服務人員超級親切友善初到倫敦，有可以信賴，溫暖對待的方式，緩和緊張的心情。非常感謝🙏 洗衣的部分已經委外，24小時後才能送回，這是當時訂房不了解的部分。飯店位置非常好步行幾分鐘可達河岸，river bus 登船點有google map 導航非常簡易方便到泰特美術館、菠蘿市場都太方便了”
