“Overall, a great choice as it is a real all-inclusive resort with available access to the other Riu properties nearby. I encountered an issue with the resort credit per our reservation that was never granted!! The property provides coupons, not a resort credit!!!!! So disappointing ”

“The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.”

“We stayed in an upgraded "VIP" master suite room. It was very spacious, and our check-in process was lovely. We had a great view and enjoyed the amenities in general. The food throughout the entire resort was excellent, as was the service. Our private butler got us hooked up with whatever we needed. The only few complaints I have are that the furniture in our room needed replacing or a serious cleaning at best. It was all white and very dirty, plus not overly comfortable. Also, our shower……
