“The Andaz is brand new and everything from the lobby to the restaurant to the suits has been done immaculately. I am a local (Surfside resident) and we just stayed at the Andaz for 2 nights to enjoy the facilities and celebrate my birthday. We definitely enjoyed our stay! “Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....”

“I have been staying at the 1 Hotel for at least 10 years, twice a year. I just started branching out and staying in the condos on residence side. This unit was definitely one of the worst we stayed in. The bathroom stunk of urine, no matter what I cleaned it with. The kitchen ceiling was all water stained and was leaking, dripped all over the kitchen island the whole time we were there. Place was so dimly lit, my husband had to shave by the window with a small mirror. Any other condo we stayed……
