“我们一共定了十间房，去的时候少给我们一间房！！！酒店卫生条件还算凑合，但是位置很差离地铁也要走路很久，到TREVI Fountain要坐公车，公车等待时间很长，非常耽误时间。罗马那么多酒店，随便定其他市内三星都比这个好！！！最主要的问题，前台一个叫Boris经理态度及其恶劣。我会投诉。第一次碰到这么不配合客人的酒店经理。”

“房间有蚂蚁，还有点赖我们带吃的去房间里造成的。换了房间过两天换回去还是有蚂蚁。三楼房间设施破旧，一楼翻新过还可以吧。”

“Very good service! We were warmly greeted when check-in, they gave us a bottle of red wine for our honeymoon, and we had a lovely chat when check-out. The 5-stars service really makes the whole hotel stands out and impressive. We'd love to bring our children here for our anniversary in the future. :) The room is not too small given Roma standard, bathroom is bigger than I thought, breakfast is ok, wifi is pretty stable and fast. “The location and the hotel staff are the big winner of this hotel. It was so quiet and a little bit out of tourist spots but still not too far from them. Fontana delle Rane (Fountain of Frog) is literally at its door step and it’s a hidden gem! Galleria Borghese is about 15 min walk too. There are supermarkets, cafe, bars, pizzaria, cake shops, poke bowl shop etc all within 10 min walk. The staff are so welcoming and helpful too. They really made me feel at home. “When we booked our stay orbits. We expected to be a hotel with some semblance of service. It was more like an Airbnb, which if we were gonna do that, we would’ve booked that through Airbnb. We did it with orbit because we trust and I’ve had great experience through the year staying at the hotels there was no service. There was no concierge there was we were told there was 24 hour service couldn’t get a hold of anybody very poor communication being in a foreign country. We expected to have a……
