“Very good service! We were warmly greeted when check-in, they gave us a bottle of red wine for our honeymoon, and we had a lovely chat when check-out. The 5-stars service really makes the whole hotel stands out and impressive. We'd love to bring our children here for our anniversary in the future. :) The room is not too small given Roma standard, bathroom is bigger than I thought, breakfast is ok, wifi is pretty stable and fast. “Excellent reception by Mary. She informed us of all landmarks in town and made dinner reservation on our behalf. I had also booked a room for my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary and when we got back for touring the city, the rooms were nicely decorated with rose leaves and a bottle of Prosecco on the house. “Cute and small B&B. My only comment would be the breakfast which was lacking - would have liked fruit options instead of packed donuts, sweets. May have just been the week we were there though. The owners are very sweet and offer to assist in any way. It was a perfect location with so many authentic dining options within walking distance. “我们一共定了十间房，去的时候少给我们一间房！！！酒店卫生条件还算凑合，但是位置很差离地铁也要走路很久，到TREVI Fountain要坐公车，公车等待时间很长，非常耽误时间。罗马那么多酒店，随便定其他市内三星都比这个好！！！最主要的问题，前台一个叫Boris经理态度及其恶劣。我会投诉。第一次碰到这么不配合客人的酒店经理。”

“The location and the hotel staff are the big winner of this hotel. It was so quiet and a little bit out of tourist spots but still not too far from them. Fontana delle Rane (Fountain of Frog) is literally at its door step and it’s a hidden gem! Galleria Borghese is about 15 min walk too. There are supermarkets, cafe, bars, pizzaria, cake shops, poke bowl shop etc all within 10 min walk. The staff are so welcoming and helpful too. They really made me feel at home. “The hotel requested me cancel booking before checking in, saying that there was system error, causing lots of unnecessary negotiations for an international traveler like me. The bathroom is too small and the design of the shower glass is no good, causing showing water flowing around the bathroom floor, which looks dirty.”
