“Clean, quiet, and staffing professional. Breakfast is the norm. Notice all Holiday Inn express has pancake vs. waffle maker. Out 3 expresses, they were not used. Recommend bringing the waffle maker back. Allowed to check in early (nice when driving forever) and offed fresh chocolate chip cookies! Fantastic stay!”

“We had a great time, the only thing I can complain about is the parking. However, it's an older motel, and there's not much that can be done, since it's a confined space. I would say that any one with an oversized vehicle should be asked to park elsewhere. ”

“My first review of DoubleTree by Hilton in Durango was not very complementary. All but one of the issues I raised then were promptly addressed by hotel management and staff. However, when I checked out, my bill was $24.01 more than I'd been quoted by Expedia.com. Apparently, the new desk clerks charged me $12.00 per night for two night's parking which the manager told me they had agreed not to charge for parking after I had complained about that in my first review.
