“Small and a bit old hotel but have good location by the side of river Arno. Just few minutes walk to Ufizzi museum. We stayed there 6 nights and got upgraded to Suite apartment. Nice breakfast. Everything is so far so good but housekeeping is a bit undersatisfaction. Room is not cleaned well and things are not put tidy.”

“We absolutely LOVED this property!! The beginning of the stay didn't start so smooth as we were locked out of the apartment for about 2 hours - which on Christmas Eve especially was not ideal! However, the young man Mirko who was there to greet us and let us in was so wonderful. So while we waited for someone else to come fix the door, he gave us a history lesson and tons of ideas of places to go and things to see. Once we were in we were so impressed with the space - much bigger than……

“意大利全程最贵的一家酒店，和四季价格差不多了，位置很好，在老桥旁边。一开始感觉都很不错，包括酒店位置服务之类的。但是，最后一天早上退房后，中午在威尼斯收到了酒店的扣款，说是其中有个房间有消费酒水和小食，扣费前没有收到任何的邮件和电话通知，要不是设置了扣费自动微信提醒，自己都不知道被扣费了。立即询问同行的朋友，他们表示绝对没有消费，一定是弄错了。当下就给酒店打电话，来来回回折腾了很多次，体验感很差，这个级别的酒店不应该出现这种问题。”

“We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, our room with Turkish bathroom was perfect. The hotel location is really central which makes walking to Florence’s attractions so easy. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. If we had to mention anything that could be improved, it would be the firmness of the beds, but this is personal preference, (a topper would be a perfect solution). This is a minor point though and no way spoilt our stay. We would definitely book again! Thank you ”
