“Had many issues with my rooms. Had to move 3 times in a 4 day stay. Thanks to Tommy at the front desk that made us feel comfortable with our stay. He listened and talked to us politely and resolved our issues. Rooms definitely needs to be up graded. Thanks Tommy”
"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
