“I want to be sure to call out the place that mom and I stayed during our trip to Tuscany. This was the perfect base for us to stay. They have a restaurant on site and breakfast was included. Barbara took care of us in the mornings, Francesco made sure we had everything we needed during the day (the best parking, where to go, and even brought me a bottle of Persecco and chips down by the pool). Claudia is the best hostess for dinner. She absolutely goes out of her way to make sure your dinning……

“We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful.”

“ Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking. Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use). Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Il Colle. Everything was just perfect, starting with the reception when Claudia was very cordial and made us feel so welcome, to the breakfast that was incredibly copious and delicious, the magical views of Florence and beyond, the rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful, and of course the property is pristine and impeccably landscaped along with a gorgeous infinity pool to cool off after beautiful days of sightseeing. All in all just such a memorable and……
