“Very lovely and peaceful property with great views. Breakfast was nice. Bit hard to get anything you needed. Staff dont apeak a lot of English, and if you ask for something using Google translate to help you (our TV didnt work the entire time we stayed) its impossible to get that sorted as they don't seem to want to. “Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”

“We were staying in room 106 which was a few stairs below the actual 1/F, that means you might need to carry your luggage going down the stairs. Luckily the staff was helpful who would help you. The first day we checked in, finding that there was no kettle I. The room and reception told us that the kettle would be ready in day 2 which was quite random!”

“A decent hotel situated in the heart of the city. Metro and train stations are within 5 minutes walk, supermarket just steps away and lots of great restaurants nearby. The room was spotless though not really spacious. It’s well equip and the bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and never failed to show their smiles. ”
