“這間旅館規定，只要出門，房門鑰匙要交給櫃檯再離開。 ———————————————————————————————————— 狀況一： 1月30日晚上，當我們夫妻倆在房間休息、聊天時，響起敲門聲，我老婆回了一聲，但房門馬上被打開（五秒內） 門口站著一位女性員工，她說因為外面下雨，所以要進來看看窗戶有沒有關好...... 這真是令人傻眼！ 幸好因為天冷，所以我們夫妻身上還穿著貼身的衛生衣褲，……

“Spacious, clean and pretty room, nice staff, carrefour express just next to the hotel, 10 mins walk from station but still worths it, very nice coffee from lobby machine!”

“We loved everything about this property. For Europe, the room was large and well-appointed with a large washroom and shower. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon were all easily walkable. Paola was very welcoming and helpful including great restaurant suggestions and assisting with arranging for a taxi to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.”

“酒店在名店街樓上，步行4分鐘便到西班牙樓梯，步行10分鐘便到萬神殿和許願池，地點非常好，酒店新淨空間大，距離羅馬中央地鐵站都只是四個站。房東英語一般但態度非常友善，只有一個缺點就是電梯只能容納兩個人，酒店位置不難找，就是在名店街Guess旁邊的1幢私人住宅內。”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Belsiana House. The hosts were friendly and helpful and offered to be reached anytime for anything we needed. The surrounding area is amazing, located in the heart of central Rome near tons of shopping and tons of attractions. You can walk 15-20 minutes in any direction and wind up a famous historic site and for the best pasta ever, all you had to do was walk outside of the hotel door. Loved this hotel! ”

“This is so bad experiece, room is old and only 6 rooms. Working hour of front desk is limited. They asking u check out at 10, obligatory. The front desk close at 3 pm the day we left and we have no place to left the luggage. Check in time is also limited, so you would better not arriving late. Not good at all, I was surprised by their past rating, it is not real.”
