“Great price and location! The property is almost next door to garden of the gods and has a river running directly behind the cabins. Very cozy and cute updated cabin with a fully stocked kitchen for making your own meals. Pet friendly with plenty of space for potty walks, also, the very reasonable one time $30 pet fee covers all animals for the whole length of your stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. “This was our second stay at Cliff House. We love Manitou Springs! Quiet, quaint, great attractions. The food at the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. Room coffee is even good! The Teddy Roosevelt room was spacious and had nice bath amenities, but we could have used some directions for the steam shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
