“是酒店唯一一間4人房，但感覺房間未是預備好給旅客住宿的，首先，地面是斜的，喼常常自行移動的，要用鞋頂住；沒有地方放東西，我們是打開衣櫃門，用內裏兩塊層架放東西；此外，入房間行兩部便上床，打開大喼是問題，最後決定用一張床放雜物及開喼用途；淋浴間太細，花灑水不夠力，水喉經常熱水欠奉，每次開都有好大聲水喉震動聲音，是水力不足罷，較難供應至最高樓層。唯一好處是近熱門景點，約20分鐘步程便可以去白金漢宮，大笨鐘等，真的很方便。”

“Location is surely the advantage, 3min to victoria station. They also provided many free snacks. But we didnt expect that we have to walk up to second floor with two luggages each weighs 25+kg...”

“If I didn’t find the hotel charged me for the mini bar chocolate I didn’t eat, I would rate the hotel higher. So sorry to see they overcharged 4 pounds. Hope this was just done by mistake. ”

“The location of the hotel is quite good, close to the Victoria MTR station. The area of the room is alright, not too small for my request of 2 person. However, the environment and the equipment in the Room are old and out of order. The door handle, shower head and the inner wall was damaged and not yet repaired. The facilities in the Room is fairly bad. I requested a Twin room for 2 persons including me. But there is only one double bed and one low bed added by the side. It is strange……
