“Great place. However as soon as we entered the house we noticed the AC not working properly in the upper floors. We communicated, and were told that it would be fixed but it wasn’t .Other than that , great area, parking is a challenge. And the rooftop could use a grill .Thanks ”

“Upon arriving the unit was very hot, after a quick inspection it was realized that the condenser line to the HVAC system was frosted up with ice, I reached out to the property manager (which seemed to consistently be an automated response) and was told property management addresses orders as they are received and that it could be 24 hours.
