“I stay in around 100 places each year for work and this was bad.
Poor quality fittings and fixtures vey well used. No soap, shower door didn’t close, toilet on some kind of strange plinth. Laminate falling to bits. No Freeview or terrestrial tv, streaming only but WiFi is so bad it doesn’t work at peak times 2 mattresses on bed bottom one very grubby
I think it’s a converted garage.
May suit someone with low standards I ended up leaving after 2 nights stayed last night elsewhere ”
“Me and my friend booked this place as it was quite close to where we shared a house as students 6 years ago and the charm was the same, for us it was a familiar and comfortable stay - the staff were lovely and helpful too, rooms were very nice and it was great value for the pricing.
If you don't mind a shared shower, toilets and kitchen area, definitely give it a go.
My one critique of the house was that the door locks were a little finicky, a few times me and a few other guests got stuck……
