“Very nice new building and nicely appointed rooms in extremely close proximity to Wembley Stadium & Arena. Great for the price. Only downside was AC not working, so had to ask for a fan (which I got, though wouldn't be ideal in very hot weather), plus I requested a quiet room on a higher floor but was given a room on the 2nd floor right next to the lifts! Still would stay again.”

“The staff and property were extremely professional and very well maintained. It maintained many of its historic charm while it appears they have had a recent modernization. Unfortunately our room was unsatisfactory; I had purchased a Jr Suite. The suite was awkwardly built. It had a very small seating area and a bedroom that held a king size bed, but there was little space around it. The room (121) is immediately on top of reception, and faces the parking lot, with no view of the river. We heard……

“This is the most charming hotel in a idilic spot right in the river and a short walk to the center of Richmond. The staff were amazing, couldn’t have been friendlier or nicer and really cared.”

“The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.”

“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”
