“This is my second time at this hotel, its clean and has lots of character. The staff is great. There are lots of local Latin & Mexican options. Subway is nearby. The neighborhood is sketchy, but also full of character and characters! I have not felt unsafe, but its definitely a diamond in the rough.”

“i had a great stay at the property. it is located very conveniently in city island, with walkable shops and restaurants, and easy car access to manhattan. hosts are lovely and communicate perfectly whenever anything is needed. i would recommend this to anybody looking to stay in the area.”

“I was looking for a 4 month long stay, but decided to leave shortly after a month. I recommend staying short term as a vacation rental only. Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. The owner lives above and has access to the rental, so if that makes you uncomfortable I'd have a conversation with her about it. I……
