“This location did not have anything close by in regards of places to eat or drink. However, it was spotless and looked just like it was advertised! My daughter n I felt very safe the whole stay. It’s just a short walk from 2 subway trains which made it very easy to get into the city! We did take an Uber at night to get back—-cost less than $40—to ensure safety. I would definitely stay there again! ”

“The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing I was turned off was the smell of weed that was throughout the entire building and the elevator. I don’t believe people in general respect the sign "No Smoking." Unless this applies to only cigarette smoking lol. Regardless, the apartment building was quiet and safe, amidst the area where is located. ”

“Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service……
