“I will never stay in this hotel again. It's terrible. The sink is broken. It's also dirty inside. There is a smell. In the morning, someone suddenly opened the door. It's scary.”

“The staff r very friendly and welcoming they go above and beyond to do whatever it is to help someone and very understanding and after everything going on with me right now in my life I really appreciate and needed someone to understand me ”

“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……
