“交通方便，就在 Victoria Coach Stop 對面。碼頭觀光景點、大型 shopping mall 連食肆近在咫尺。的士站就在酒店對面，坐的士到郵輪碼頭只需 8 分鐘。半自助早餐質量非常好，客戶服務好，房間雖小但舒適整潔。”

“Friendly relaxed staff. The hotel is in a great location for visiting the navy museum and docks. On site parking is a plus too. The Japanese restaurant is great as is the full english breakfast.”

“Fantastic room, lovely breakfast, but busy waiting staff so the wait was longer than we would usually expect. One personal criticism was the pillows were too full and too firm and no choice to swap them.”

“The room was in need of some love as far as decoration goes. The main lampshade was a large 'white' feather arrangement which looked filthy, had cobweb coming off it.The bed was fairly comfortable & bedding was clean. The bathroom was fairly clean although the area between the shower & basin looked dirty. The TV didn't have reception. Unable to rate staff as we saw no-one, entering & leaving via key safe.”

“Our second stay in this group of Boutique Hotels, and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was amazing!. The group of hotels have a small number of rooms, which makes them ideal for a quiet stay and the rooms are lovely and comfy. We had breakfast included which was nice and as part of their chain there is a local pub just up the road to have a meal in, should you choose. We had Sunday dinner there was lovely. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and helpful, overall 5 stars all day……

“A really lovely little place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Having kitchen facilities to use is a bonus although we didn’t use them. The shower wasn’t great (rain head only) and I really struggled to work it. It would also be great to have a mirror in the bedroom area for getting ready as the only mirror was in the bathroom. ”

“Good place to stay, very near the shopping outlet. Parking can be bit tricky as you have to get a permit to park in the street, and we could not find parking close to house, so had to travel 5 mins to park.”

“It was a nice enough stay. The bathroom needed updating in the allocated room, it was definitely showing signs of age and use. Unfortunately the mattress has probably had countless people sitting on the side of it, as it sloped to one side. Convenient to use the pub downstairs, parking was fine.”
