“O Hotel é incrível, a localização é excelente, o cafe da manhã é perfeito, o jantar também foi de alta qualidade com grandes variedades. O Hotel no geral é muito limpo e organizado. A limpeza diária dos quartos precisa melhorar, estivemos no Hotel por 6 dias e infelizmente a limpeza dos quartos deixava a desejar, chão empoeirado e xícaras de cafe deixadas sujas. “Beautiful looking hotel, and some of the best pools and gardens I have seen. Hotel was immaculate inside and out and rooms specious and nicely decored. Unfortunately the size of the hotel and the mediocre sevice stop it from being the luxury resort its trying to be. Service and staff while efficient were unfriendly and a little cold. “It was difficult to find as there was no signage out front. Address number is 8 written on the mailbox. Prompt text communication via Whatsapp for checkin. Keybox for building door. “Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! “Really great stay here with my husband for 6 nights. We didn't opt for all inclusive (although for the time of year this wasn't bad value), as we knew we wanted to check out the Gran Canarian dining scene, but the drinks and food when we had lunch from the pool bar were very reasonably priced. “So happy with our stay at Casa León Royal. Super great service, quiet and calm - exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). We had fab weather in February (25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky) with no wind whilst it was quite strong winds down by the ocean. If you're looking for a few calm days away on Gran Canaria, this is your place. ”
