“very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!”

“Team members "Rose" and "Pershot" (I hope I spelled his name correctly) were extremely kind and helpful with my situation of needing to get into my room early. Rosie was especially kind. Disliked: 1.) Not enough parking spaces 2.) Although there are primary automatically opening doors at the entrance, both of the secondary non-automatically opening entry doors should have doorstops rather than just one door. It is a struggle for guests with carts to get through one door with a doorstop while……
