“Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value.”

“The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info. Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. "We lived in this hotel in 2023 summer, we loved it as the rooms were cozy and provided good breakfast. So we decided to come back again in 2025, the receptionist lady was rude and we were being told that we reserved the " budgeted room" in the front desk. We reserved the standard room!!! The staffs there are generally not helpful. I sent email to them for confirm the bookings, nearly no reply. We loved the breakfast provided in 2023, but the food now are not fresh with limited variety. Some customers complaint to the manager there. We were disappointed about the services provided. "
