“Poor service. Crowded with people on match day making you unaccessible to your rooms”

“We had a nice stay here over bank holiday weekend, was not very busy though so hard to review what it's like if it's busy. Rooms were very clean, nice bathroom, fan in the room (no AC but not an issue over cool weekend). Gated parking and a 10 minute walk to the station in a safe area (area seems like an industrial estate that's becoming more residential and there is a nearby hospital and highrises, pass 2 restaurants and a pub on the way to the station so doesn't feel unsafe at all). “really stunning beautiful place , your in your own little world there and the clean and care put into the rooms is spectacular! However the area is a bit of a letdown just due to people throwing fireworks and the level of noise but that can’t be helped by the owner and it’s not a reflection on them at all it’s just a shame as it’s such a lovely place to say in itself. ”

“The owner didn't have the keys after we'd been sent to the wrong apartment. Once inside it looked like someone had just moved out so we could stay there. It wasn't the cleanest place to stay and for the price they charge per night I would certainly have expected a higher standard. ”
