“Wonderful night ”

“This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. At 5 am, I was woken up by a loud, repetitive noise. It sounded like someone was using a key card to tap on a table or wall every 15 seconds. I wasn’t sure if it was done on purpose or not, but it scared me because the sound was so loud. I immediately called the front desk and told them that it sounded like……

“ I have paid deposit when I check in, but did not refund to me when I check out. Even it has passed 10 days I still have not got my deposit . I email to CASA hotel and no one reply to me. I am waiting my refund now. Please reply and return my deposit urgently. ”
