“First room did not adequate AC, second room the front of the AC unit fell off on floor,the lock mechanism did not shut the door and would not shut locking, third room someone left the window open and A/c would work and the fourth room the electricity only worked in half of the room. Finally was offered a room that was partially furnished but enough to sleep in and was okay. The breakfast juice machine did not work, processed food and old…..tried to reserve another night, but did not accept……

“Comfortable however the pools and hot tub is outdated. No hose for cleaning feet etc, only showers. Breakfast just mediocre. Lack of space. Not enough trash bins on property. Lack of beach service. Charged for all nights when I had to check out a day early. This is hotels.com issue. I had trip protection.”

“I liked the short walk to the beach and the complimentary breakfast. The suite room was very spacious especially if you’re traveling with kids. The floors around the sleeping area need to be updated from the room I stayed in. The floor had a lot of weak spots in it but it didn’t bother me. I would definitely stay here again!”
