“Staff were very nice. Room was great!”

“Comfortable however the pools and hot tub is outdated. No hose for cleaning feet etc, only showers. Breakfast just mediocre. Lack of space. Not enough trash bins on property. Lack of beach service. Charged for all nights when I had to check out a day early. This is hotels.com issue. I had trip protection.”

“Not a big variety for breakfast. The biscuits were hard and the gravy was cold. In the room we couldn’t get the air conditioner to cool off the room. Was very stuffy both nights we were there.”

“I liked the short walk to the beach and the complimentary breakfast. The suite room was very spacious especially if you’re traveling with kids. The floors around the sleeping area need to be updated from the room I stayed in. The floor had a lot of weak spots in it but it didn’t bother me. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Clean, quiet and close by downtown for us love that they have all your needs for bathing. And they staff is very friendly and breakfast was delicious and well maintained thank you for a great night I wish we would have stayed longer. ”

“Excellent staff. Seriously, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. We were greeted by every staffer we saw and we were able to get an early check-in. We loved that the hotel about halfway between Southport's waterfront and the beaches of Oak Island. Our room was very clean and the bathroom is beautifully updated. Breakfast in the hotel was wonderful. It was surprisingly diverse and delicious for a free breakfast. And we enjoyed an incredible Italian dinner at a restaurant right across……
