“Comfortable however the pools and hot tub is outdated. No hose for cleaning feet etc, only showers. Breakfast just mediocre. Lack of space. Not enough trash bins on property. Lack of beach service. Charged for all nights when I had to check out a day early. This is hotels.com issue. I had trip protection.”

“We enjoyed our stay but were a bit disappointed by what the hotel considered "ocean view" and having a balcony. The balconies - at least ours - are teenie tiny. No way two adults could sit out there and enjoy the view. They don't even provide balcony chairs. Only one elevator was working, and it even sounded iffy, creaking and banging. We were there for 3 days and never noticed anyone working on the broken one. Our room was on the top floor, so we depended on it. The great things: location is……

“Love the remodel, great place to stay ”

“Room was not ready so we waited outside. The desk was so busy that it took them 30 minutes to get back to us that our room was ready. No worries, we enjoyed the outdoors area. Door to room was hard to open, all the paint caused the door to stick. A used bottle of lotion was on the counter and a large ball of hair was behind the bathroom door. Overall it was a nice quick trip. Tiki bar did run out of liquor and restaurant is not included in cost for guest. $16 pp for breakfast. Parking is……
