“We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. “This was a great location in Charleston, very walkable. Perfect boutique hotel. The room was nice, comfortable bed, breakfast brought to your room in morning. Loved it! Only complaint would be the ac was blowing directly on my side of bed with no way to change it.

“The hotel is beautiful,, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are nicely put together. The only thing they need to improve is the linen cleaning- the towels and sheets had a smell to them as if they had been used to dry off a wet dog. Otherwise, this property is fabulous.”
