“This is a cozy studio just blocks from the beach. Lovely neighborhood and location convenient to many places. I enjoyed my two weeks here and found the amenities perfect for me. The host is very responsive and I was able to relax in amazing weather every day.”

“We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect. As other reviews state, the beds are comfortable and there is no shortage of great pillows which I personally appreciate in a rental or even a hotel. The only negative for the property would be the kitchen - it has just enough but if you’re really wanting to cook while here you may want to factor there isn’t the most supplies. But again, enough! We would stay here again. ”

“Great location, comfy beds. Parking was easy right in front. Disappointed about cleanliness. Could use a deep clean and some organization. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets were dirty, had hair. Found utensils that weren’t cleaned. Bunk room could use a dresser, only had a few wooden cubes. Patio furniture looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile so we didn’t use. ”

“Our stay in Corona del Mar was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, with top-notch cleanliness that made us feel right at home. It was peaceful and quiet, providing the perfect place to relax. The location couldn’t have been better—central to amazing shopping and fabulous restaurants, making everything so convenient. On top of that, it was very affordable for the value it offered. We will definitely look at booking again in the future. Highly recommend! ”

“My husband and I watched our 4 month old granddaughter while her parents went away for the long weekend. The house was perfect! So cute and it had all the amenities you need for cooking. We stayed at the house the whole time since we had the baby and did a lot cooking. Everything was perfect, especially the beds. They were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. ”

“I stayed here when visiting family. The house was absolutely beautiful in a great location. Close to the local coffee shop, Orangetheory, F45, CVS, etc. and also to the water. I did not have a car and was able to walk to everything I needed. The house also provided essentials such as laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and even blow dryer. There was some lack of communication and a couple miscommunications prior to the stay but the host absolutely did the right thing and rectified the……

“Great place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with the family. Property is quiet, clean, safe. Owners are kind and welcoming. Walking distance to the the beach, included everything we needed to be comfortable. 5 min away from Whole Foods, Fashion Island Mall, local restaurants and cafes. Parking space is quite tight for a mid-size SUV, but on par for this neighborhood location. Bunkbed frame was very loud and creaky, probably just needs to have all screws tightened with a hex key and some loctite.”
