As other reviews state, the beds are comfortable and there is no shortage of great pillows which I personally appreciate in a rental or even a hotel. The only negative for the property would be the kitchen - it has just enough but if you’re really wanting to cook while here you may want to factor there isn’t the most supplies. But again, enough! We would stay here again. ”

“Great location, comfy beds. Parking was easy right in front. Disappointed about cleanliness. Could use a deep clean and some organization. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets were dirty, had hair. Found utensils that weren’t cleaned. Bunk room could use a dresser, only had a few wooden cubes. Patio furniture looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile so we didn’t use. ”

“Love the location and within walking distance to restaurants and scenic spots.Garage is convenient & small…my midsize Toyota sedan rental was a very tight fit. Decent amount of free street parking available in April for a long weekend.”

“The condo is super clean, nicely furnished and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach or shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. We will definitely stay here again. Doug is easy to communicate with and offers great advice for activities in the area. ”

“We were thrilled with the location. We love CDM, and we’ve stayed there before. But we’ve never been able to walk out our door to the beach and the waterfront like this. It was truly incredible and allowed flexibility. Half the group could walk out to the beach and others could join when they felt like it. The house was just as described, with tasteful decor and high-quality details (even the closet doors were solid wood). We appreciated the beach items. Our only problem was the TV in the main……
