“Lovely top apartment space for us as a family of 4. We went during winter, and it was nice and cosy. The only downside was that one of the rooms was on the road side, so cars and motorbikes going up the hill during the night would occasionally wake us up. The main double bedroom was very quiet. Great place as long as those staying in the second bedroom are not overly sensitive to a little road noise. Super friendly staff, and the cafe and restaurants nearby were great and did take-out too. “We spent four nights at the Hoxton in Florence and I can't praise it enough. The property itself is beautiful and huge, with lovely seating areas, both inside and out. The rooms are clean, modern, with a comfy bed and great shower. But most of all, the staff are exceptional! We had a slight hiccup with our reservation, but the staff was so accommodating to ensure everything was perfect! I can't thank them enough for their attention and kindness.
