“ The fact that the unit was already occupied (double booked) AND I walked in on the guest (single mother with her young kids) is wrong and totally unacceptable. How does VRBO allow this to happen? Not only did you double book the property, but you provided door security codes to two separate guests who are complete strangers to each other. “The place is in a great location. Downtown close to plenty of food and things to do around. I was very disappointed when I found out the pool was closed my whole stay, I probably would not have paid what I did if I would have known that. We also did not have a second blanket the first night, had to cover up with sheets. We contacted them and they didn’t bring a blanket until my second day.
