“We stayed here for three nights and absolutely enjoyed the experience. Not only the hotel itself is elegant, interesting and comfortable, the staff is also super friendly and helpful, especially the manager Murat. He is knowledgeable, responsive and super helpful. He is like a brother and made our stay so much more enjoyable. ”

“The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset. overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful. Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area. As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep……

“我們在這裡住了兩個晚上，感謝飯店幫忙安排熱氣球公司的活動，讓我們可以順利搭乘；在飯店前的廣場也可以看到熱氣球升空的畫面，非常特別的體驗!另外，我們最後一天要離開時，因為要趕飛機(怕來不及吃早餐)，所以餐廳特別提早十分鐘讓我們開始吃早餐，餐廳的服務員還特別作了土式煎餅給我們吃，熱熱的吃，好過癮啊~~~最後，有關飯店附近的觀光景點，工作人員也非常熱心推薦與說明，讓我們玩得盡興!”

“The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more. The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly.”

“Ürgüpte kalınabilecek en güzel ve huzurlu yerlerden biri bence. Çalışanlar cok özverili, güleryüzlü ve kibar. Gezilip görülecek yerler ile ilgili bilgilendirilme yararlı oldu bizim için hatta harita bile verildi otele girişte. Cok memnun kaldık. Otel odaları oldukca temiz, otantik ve sıcacıktı. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Ailece yeniden tercih etmeyi düşündüğümiz ve yakınlarıma da tavsiye edeceğim bir deneyim oldu. Tesekkürler...”

“2 gün ailece kaldığımız otelden çok memnun kaldık. Tam bir Kapadokya taş otel. Sakin bir otel. Çift kişilik yatak ve 1 kişilik yatak vardı. Odamız baya büyüktü. Tekrar gelsek kalmayı düşünürüz. Sadece biraz Ürgüp'ün dışında gibiydi sanki. Ama bu bizim için sorun olmadı.”
