The owner even placed a "congratulations" banner in our room, since she knew we were visiting the area for our anniversary. This was an overall great experience, and I would stay again.”

They are in excellent condition. Each room on the first floor has its own pattern. This beautiful house has so much character. Mary is a gracious host. But if you want to make a multi-day walking trip there it is hard to find places to stay that are spaced through the region. This spot in Blanchardville made a perfect stop.
