“It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf. I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated……

“This is one of my favourite hotels I ever stayed in. It was a fantastic stay, the room was amazing, the location was perfect and the amenities were exactly what we needed. But what made this stay even better were the wonderful staff. Sadly I dont know all of their names but Jamie took good care of us making sure we had everything we needed and made some excellent reservations for us.
