“Upon our arrival, I called the reception to ask if we could borrow an iron and ironing board. The lady informed me that they only had a steamer available, and if I wanted to use it, I would need to go down to sign an acknowledgment form. I’ve never encountered that before, and it left a bad impression. I ended up not getting the steamer, as we were only staying for three nights. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but don’t expect much in terms of service.”

“Good hotel to stay at for their buffet breakfast that comes with the cost of your room. Friendly staff. Nice location for walks and scenery. Bus service close by and a 15 minute bus ride takes you to the center of Funchal. ”
