“Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good.……

“This apartment in Gatlinburg was perfect for us! We both tend to be home-bodies, so we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful, clean, and comfortable space. It was a welcome retreat after being at the volleyball tournament each day with all the people and noise. I would definitely stay here again!!! The host was quick to respond to any questions. It was in a great location, and easy to get to.We loved it!”
