“Elevator is broken.”

“Due to our train delay of 8 hours, we checked in at 12:30 am. The room washbasin is dirty and the toilet is not clean, there are paper towels in the toilet. So I went to the front desk and was required to change to another room. I need to package again and move to the third floor. The room is too small and doesn’t have a microwave and refrigerator. It’s not worth $100 at all. But the location is good, near to Jack London Square Amtrak station.”

“The hotel front desk staffs were very friendly. The location is nice. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Blue botttle coffee is only 10 mins walk from the hotel. ”
