“Arrived slightly earlier than check in and was told the room was not ready but to help ourselves to tea and coffee. Greeted by Mateus....very very very helpful and friendly, credit goes to Mateus.
There is no air con at the hotel and the lift was broken at the time, we were lucky only staying on the first floor. That is the only negative to this review.
Staff was all round amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. Always working hard and it was busy! Credit to all your staff that was working……
