“staff is frendily”

“Everything was good. King suite was roomy. Normal hotel nothing extravagant. Staff were very polite and hotel was clean. Stayed for 4 nights. Mattresses/beds could be improved but were not terrible. Only somewhat negative was the homeless raiding the hotel dumpsters throughout the night and one hanging out at the fire pit out front during the overnight hours but more of a location issue.”

“The Fitler Club is an interesting place. Once you figure out how to get inside, the facilities are very nice. Finding the front door is difficult. You have to enter on the ground floor level, which can only be accessed from the main lobby of the building by going out to the parking garage, walking down 2 flights of stairs in the parking garage to an exit door marked Emergency Exit Only, and sure enough when you open the door, the alarm sounds. Once the door closes the alarm shuts off. Then……

“Loved the property. I don’t gamble but I chose it to the walkable to Lincoln financial field. Felt very safe walking at 11:30pm after concert. One con is I guess PA still allows smoking in casino. DE does not so when you were dinning you could smell the cigarettes. I’m a former smoker and just thought maybe there could be a designated area. ”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”
