Items worn out = sofa, rusty toilet brush holder, dirty carpet in ensuite bedroom, cheap frying pan in a terrible state. Only 1 English tea bag and 7 mint tea bags? The rainforest shower heads don't work properly. They need replacing, especially the master bedroom one. Nice to have kitchen roll. Salt, pepper and sugar.
