“Wonderful experience. Very quiet and area felt safe. When we arrived we got a quick, helpful tour from Maureen around the complex. They provided beach equipment an umbrella, beach wagon, towels, chairs. The beach was a quick 5 min walk away. They have a grill and different seating areas around the property to enjoy. There is a restaurant and coffee shop across the street and a deli next door. The property has free bikes you can use during your stay. We stayed in the Birdhouse room. Which……

“The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it”

“We had a delightful long weekend here in May 2025. Our room had been recently been renovated and was just lovely. We were very close to the pool but our room was very quiet. We used the Keurig and mini fridge. Staff was very helpful including maintenance and Tiki bar staff. We loved having direct access to the beach and that chairs were supplied. We spotted dolphins in the water and a turtle on the beach. During our visit we rented bikes from Billy’s Bikes to explore the island, visited Ft Myers……

“Really great to see property coming back to life after getting hit hard by hurricane Ian a few years ago. The room I stayed in was brand new and very nice. Staff was polite, responsive, and helpful. Great pool area with plenty of seating, drink/food service at your chairs, and the kids loved the water slide. The hibachi restaurant on property was a lot of fun as well.”
