“Our 3 night stay at the Palazzo Roma was wonderful. It started off with Oliver reaching out through WhatsApp the day before check in to see if we needed transfer from the airport. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco and shown to our room promptly. One of the staff recommended restaurant options near the hotel and helped us make reservations. “This hotel is pure luxury with ousting and super friendly stuff. We were well taken care of, we were helped when we needed to and everyone always had a big smile on their faces. “Made several attempts prior to stay to inquire about parking since we had a rental car and didn’t hear back until we arrived which was several hours after check in time.
