“Prima hotel als je in de buurt van Den Haag wil verblijven. Grote groep met een schreeuwende reisleider bij de receptie en bij het inchecken. Dat helpt niet bij het vormen van een positieve eerste indruk. Personeel bij de receptie wist zich er ook niet goed raad mee. Zelfde groep ‘s morgens bij het ontbijt. Zelfde laken en pak. Heel erg veel lawaai en onrust. Kamer en ontbijt uitstekend verzorgt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. ”
